Pulp Fiction - Social First Campaign

Pulp Fiction: Reimagined for the Social Era

Tarantino's iconic film didn't need nostalgia—it needed rhythm. We built trailers around his signature style: sharp dialogue cuts, music-driven pacing, and tension before chaos. Sound design led the way, with percussive hits from "Misirlou" creating momentum that pulled viewers through character moments without over-explaining plot. The goal was simple: make audiences need to watch it now, whether discovering it for the first time or remembering why it's untouchable.

Making a masterpiece feel urgent again

The campaign delivered hero content for Plex's platform and social-native cuts optimized for Instagram and Facebook. By honoring the film's craft while speaking the language of feeds and algorithms, we reintroduced Pulp Fiction to audiences who knew the memes but hadn't seen the movie—and it became some of Plex's top-performing legacy title content that quarter.
